We Are A Technology School

Furman L. Templeton Preparatory Academy students will have the opportunity to utilize technology, as each classroom has Promethian Technology and the opportunity to learn using computers as every student in grades two- five has their own Netbook or Laptop to use at school. Students in PreK - 1st grades will have use of tablets in the classrooms. All students will also have access to the computer lab. In the Media Center they will learn age appropriate computer skills; mouse, keyboard, web safety, Microsoft Suite, Research, and more. We are incredibly fortunate to have a 21st century computer lab, unlike any other in our District. We have enough desktop computers in our lab for an entire grade level to utilize them at the same time (that's 90 computers).
